Rates and Attire

Our servers are required to arrive at your event professionally attired. Attire can either be casual (polo shirt with black pants) or formal (dress shirt with black pants).

We recommend one server for every 25 guests. However, the exact number of servers will be determined based upon the type of party you are hosting. For example, if you plan on passing appetizers, two servers will be required; one to prepare the appetizers, and one to serve the appetizers.

Our rate is $40 per hour, per server. A minimum reservation of four hours per staff member applies. A 25% deposit is required at time of reservation. If you cancel within five days of the event, there is a $150 cancellation fee per staff member. Final payment will be collected at the end of the event based upon the number hours worked. Payment is accepted by cash or cashiers check only. Gratuity is to be determined by you, based upon the overall service you received.
